Features: Fiber optic composite flat cables are oil-resistant, wear-resistant, cold-resistant, waterproof, fatigue-resistant, and UV-resistant. The conductive cores of these cables adopt a soft structure, ensuring excellent flexibility. Steel wires or other load-bearing elements can be added to both sides of the cores as needed to form a composite tensile flat cable, enhancing the overall tensile performance. This makes them suitable for frequent bending applications, as they do not knot during bending, fold neatly, and offer superior bending performance compared to round cables.

Conductor: Multi-stranded bare copper wires, compliant with IEC60228/VDE0295 standards, typically Class 5 or Class 6 conductors, ensuring good conductivity.

Insulation: Made of specially formulated PVC blend or other insulating materials. For example, in one type of power fiber optic composite flat cable, the insulation layer covers the conductor to form an insulated core.

Cable Core: Multiple insulated cores are arranged in the same plane at intervals to form the power cable core. On one side of the power cable core, there is an optical cable core, which is generally a multi-mode fiber optic cable. The optical cable core consists of several optical fibers twisted around a tensile core made of polyester yarn, with a buffer layer on the outside. The buffer layer is formed by thermoplastic elastomer extrusion.

Outer Sheath: Typically made of specially formulated PVC elastomer blends or other materials such as polybutadiene, silicone rubber, etc. Common outer sheath colors include gray, black, and red.
